CIRCLEVILLE CELEBRATES

We are so proud to be part of the year-long celebration of 250 years of America! As part of the celebration, the town of Circleville has held special events (with more to come!), created a historic map, planted trees, added patriotic flowers to Main Street and more! For a complete list of America 250 projects and events, see below!

Historic Map

With the help of an America 250 grant and many generous members of the community, a historic map was created for display at the town park. This map includes a few of the locations that have shaped Circleville throughout generations! You can view this map by clicking "About" above or by visiting in person at 210 South Center Street.

Patriotic Planters on Main!

We hope you enjoy the red, white and blue flowers up and down Main Street this summer! This was such a fun project that the town of Circleville and the 4H worked on together on as part of the America 250 celebration!

America 250 Newsletter!

The town has loved sharing a special edition monthly America 250 newsletter this year! The newsletter has included fun facts about our country, a book recommendation, events list and community member highlight! We loved learning about and celebrating Paul Revere's famous midnight ride by lighting two lanterns at the town building in April!
